11.3 Forger Workflow — How To Use These Templates
Standard operating procedure for ANY new KyoChon creative authored from this date forward.
Pick the month. Each template is calendar-anchored. May = T1, Jun = T2, etc. Off-calendar one-off campaigns: default to T3 (flagship) for paid-acquisition, T1 for retention.
Read the skeleton. Identify the slot variables ({ambassador-named}, {time-window}, etc.).
Fill slots from artefact 10.3 (top 24 alphas). The example-fills are starting points, not the only options. Find a fresh alpha that fits the slot or write a new one in the same archetype.
Cross-check ICP via §11.2 cheat-sheet. Confirm template × persona = "Yes" before fire.
Pair the offer. The "Offer pairing" line in each template is non-optional. Hook without offer = brand-only spend, which the autoresearch loop scored as low trial-per-RM.
Mint ad_id. Per CLAUDE.md AD ID CHAIN: run bash ~/.zennith/skills/unified-intel/scripts/ad-id-mint.sh --brand kyochon --type ad --channel meta --title "<hook>" --destination "<tracked_url>" BEFORE generation.
